Colour Disclaimer:
Despite every effort to provide accurate images, we try to make each wig as close as possible. Still, due to the lighting on electronic screens, colours may appear different online than in person.
After Sales Service:
Our main objective is to ensure our customers are satisfied with the products and services from our company as a part of your purchase. You are entitled to fittings and colour adjustments at no cost. If you want to make changes, please contact us within 2-3 days of receiving the item.
Refund Policy:
PLEASE NOTE THAT WIGS R US TORONTO DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, IF YOU FEEL THE COLOUR DOES NOT SUIT, OR IF YOU SELECT THE WRONG CAP SIZE. We inspect all of our products before shipping. ALL ONLINE SALES ARE FINAL! Wigs and toppers are hygienic products. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW them to be returned for the protection of all our clients. In case of return for adjustments, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED AFTER PHOTOGRAPH CONFIRMATION APPROVAL AND SHIPMENT.
How To Return Your Order For Adjustments:
Please email info@wigsrustoronto.com to notify us regarding your fittings/colour service.
You must return your item(s) to the address below within five days of receiving your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package and mark the package as Return for Adjustments or Colour.

Express Domestic Shipping Within Canada is $10 (Includes Tracking & 1-4 Business Days Delivery Time)
United States:
Express Worldwide Shipping to the US is $35 (Includes Tracking & 3-5 Business Days Delivery Time, and Up to 3 Business Days Delivery Time to Hawaii)
*Next Day Express Shipping is Also Available at $35 (subject to daily cut-off times)
Europe:
International Worldwide Express is $80 (Includes Tracking & 5-7 Business Days Delivery Time)
Australia:
International Worldwide Express is $85 (Includes Tracking & 5-7 Business Days Delivery Time)

Local taxes/Customs Duty
Depending on your region and local customs duties, local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur. These charges are at the customer's own expense. Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the recipient.
Processing Time:
Once an order is placed, the item(s) are shipped within 48 hrs. Orders placed Fri-Sun will ship out on Monday. If you have placed a custom order, please refer to your original order confirmation or email for shipping details.
Transit Times:
Wigs R Us Toronto displays the transit times quoted by the shipping carrier companies (DHL/Canada Post). Additional delays might occur during these exceptional times. It reflects the average duration of transit – it may be faster or considerably longer. Please note Wigs R Us Toronto is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and/or customs.
